Reflexology is a complementary therapy that helps the body to restore balance and improve health & wellbeing. It involves applying finger or thumb techniques of varying pressure to specific points on the feet or hands called reflexes. It is a non-invasive therapy and is suitable for all ages.
I am a Registered Reflexology Practitioner and a member of the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland (NRRI). The NRRI is a professional body dedicated to regulating the practice of reflexology as a complementary therapy in Ireland. I completed my Practitioner’s Diploma in Foot Reflexology in 2021 with the Irish School of Reflexology & Wellness in Dublin.

Continual professional development (CPD) is a requirement of reflexology associations to maintain membership and accreditation and something on which I place a lot of emphasis. There are many inspiring teachers in the field of reflexology and learning from them helps me to be better able to offer the most effective treatments to my clients.
I have a bright, relaxing home clinic space in Malahide. I also offer onsite wellness reflexology services to the corporate sector. Having worked in this setting for many years I understand the benefits it can provide to employees within a busy, fast-paced work environment.
